Processing & Delivery Times

All orders require 2-5 business days for production before shipping.

Once shipped:

Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. All orders include tracking numbers sent to your email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, email photos to contact@notjustheadlinesmedia.com within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, we'll arrange reshipment as quickly as possible.

Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received? First, check with neighbors or alternative locations at your address where the package may have been left. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details. If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us for assistance.
